Rochester Housing

Graduate Housing, Convenience and Community.

You can join like-minded peers from all over the world by choosing one of three University-owned housing communities.

  • Goler House: A 13-story high-rise building within a 10-to-15 minute walk from River Campus and Simon Business School. There are several short-term units, studio, one-, and two-bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments available.
  • University Park: A two-story complex within a 15-minute walk of River Campus and Simon Business School with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom unfurnished apartment options.
  • Whipple Park: A two-story complex 1.5 miles from River Campus with two-bedroom garden apartments and two- and three-bedroom townhomes set within a park-like setting.

All three housing communities have been especially reserved for graduate students. You will have access to reserved off-street parking, University shuttle bus service, and a supportive environment conducive to graduate studies. Residents can also partake in organized events, such as picnics, outings, art classes, and community gardening.
